We deliver healthy, delicious meals to our homebound neighbors.
We serve our clients by preparing piping hot fresh meals in our small commercial kitchen each day, and volunteers deliver those meals with a smile and friendly greeting. Our small staff is supported by amazing, dedicated volunteers who make our program possible and by an integral community of donors. Together, we are creating a more resilient, interconnected, and compassionate community. In 2020, our kitchen (staffed by one cook and over 150 volunteers) prepared 42,575 meals, which were delivered to 212 clients by another 150 volunteers. In 2021, we’re on track to deliver 50,000 meals by the end of the year. We make a real difference in the lives of our clients!
We’ve been operating continuously since 1971. In 2021, we celebrate the 50th Anniversary of our service to our community. We’re a small, independent, tax-exempt nonprofit recognized as a 501(c)(3) by the IRS, and donations to us are tax exempt; click over to our Donate page for more information.
